Refund policy

Amène accepts Returns and Exchanges in the following instance:

* Product(s) delivered is damaged on receipt

If the product delivered is damaged on receipt, we can either do a product replacement or we can issue you a credit note which you can redeem against a purchase from amene.shop within the next 90 days.

The shipping costs for returning the product purchased for exchange will be borne by the Amène team in this case.

Refunds
We have a no refund policy unless the product is no longer available and in that case refunds are processed within 5 working days.

Order Cancellation
An order can be cancelled within twelve hours for a ready to wear garment.
